Rochelle Ginsburg, MBA is a business management and marketing consultant who works with service-based businesses navigating growth. Through Tempo Partners, she helps founders build systems that support clarity, consistency, and sustainable profit, without relying on constant owner involvement.
Rochelle brings more than 20 years of experience across business management, marketing, and operations, working with founders, executives, and leadership teams in multiple industries. She holds an MBA and has been closely involved in system and process implementation inside growing organizations, including firsthand exposure to how structured operating models transform clarity, accountability, and execution at scale.
Rather than applying rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions, Rochelle works by understanding how a business actually functions day to day—where effort is compensating for missing structure, where decisions get stuck, and where the business is quietly asking for a different kind of support.
