Meet the Founder

Rochelle brings more than 20 years of experience across business management, marketing, and operations, working with founders, executives, and leadership teams in many industries. She holds an MBA from Yeshiva University and has been closely involved in system and process implementation inside growing organizations, including firsthand exposure to how structured operating models transform clarity, accountability, and execution at scale.

Rather than applying rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions, Rochelle works by understanding how a business actually functions day to day—where effort is compensating for missing structure, where decisions get stuck, and where the business needs a different kind of support.

Her consulting style is thoughtful, practical, and grounded. The goal isn’t to overhaul everything or introduce unnecessary complexity, but to design systems that hold up under real conditions: people, pressure, change, and growth.
