How it works
1. Prepare
You’ll complete an intake assessment and share up to three relevant documents before our session.
2. Build the strategy
During a 90-minute working session, we’ll define:
The outcome you want to achieve
The decisions that need to be made
The milestones required to reach it
Who owns each next step
How progress will be measured
3. Create and refine the plan
You’ll receive a customized 90-day execution plan with priorities, milestones, ownership and next steps.
We’ll then hold a 60-minute refinement session, followed by one revised version of the strategy.
4. Follow through
You or your team will handle implementation.
We’ll meet for three 60-minute accountability check-ins over the 90 days to review progress, address obstacles and keep the work moving consistently.

Do I need to have a team?
No. You can implement the plan yourself, with contractors or through an internal team. We’ll establish ownership based on the resources you actually have.
Does my goal need to be a business launch?
No. It can be a launch, project, system, revenue initiative or professional goal. It must be specific enough to plan and realistically advance within 90 days.
Will Tempo Partners implement the plan?
This engagement includes strategy, refinement and accountability. You or your team will handle implementation. If your goal requires hands-on implementation support, we can discuss a larger Tempo Partners engagement.
What happens during the accountability check-ins?
We’ll review progress against the plan, address obstacles, confirm the next actions and make sure responsibility remains clear.
What if my strategy needs to change?
One refinement session and one revised plan are included. The accountability check-ins can address practical adjustments, but substantial changes in direction or scope would require a separate engagement.
